Inventus Law is a next generation business law firm founded by experienced and successful silicon valley attorneys and other legal professionals with the primary goal of becoming more of a partner and less of a cost center to our clients.  We see ourselves as an integral part of a client’s management team and view our role as virtual general counsel hired by the client for meeting the client’s specific needs.

Inventus Law has strong legal capabilities and relationships with the business, legal and investment communities in the United States and India which it leverages to deliver professional, high-quality, and efficient legal services and adding value to the clients’ financial and business objectives.  Our goal is to become the law firm of choice for small to mid-size private companies in the United States, large U.S. multinational corporations looking at strategic initiatives in the Indian market, as well as foreign multinationals looking to expand in the United States. 

Our lawyers, paralegals and other professionals utilize technology tools of collaboration, information exchange, and knowledge sharing to deliver seamless, responsive, efficient and timely legal services to our clients.  We believe in sharing our information and processes with our clients in order to build a partnership that empowers our clients in taking control of reducing costs and making effective decisions while providing strategic counseling and high-value legal services in the most cost effective manner.  As business lawyers to our company clients, we do not forget the business of the client while mitigating and removing any legal or regulatory risks inherent in starting and growing a venture.
