Sharmila Singh’s practice focuses exclusively on Estate Planning, Business Succession Planning and Trust Administration. Ms. Singh joined the Inventus Law team to enable clients to seamlessly plan their estates while they build their businesses. She believes that clients should be educated about preparing for the future as part of their business planning.

Ms. Singh holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Her background in business and foundation in taxes and law gives her a distinct advantage in estate planning and business succession planning.

Prior to joining Inventus Law, Ms. Singh has held positions at both estate planning firms and large tax and accounting firms, including Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP and Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Ms. Singh is an active member of the Trusts & Estates section of the California Bar Association and is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association Trusts & Estates Executive Committee.

Ms. Singh is licensed to practice law in California.
