We have experience in counseling U.S. and Canada based companies and venture funds on their India transactions, including drafting and negotiating documentation for their investments in, joint ventures with, and acquisitions of, Indian companies.  We also have experience in representing silicon valley-based venture firms in structuring their investments in Indian portfolio companies.
