Shruti is an Associate in the Technology Transactions Practice Group at Inventus Law. She has experience in drafting end user licensing agreements, licensing and distribution agreements, and franchising agreements for technology clients.
Shruti focuses on federal trademark and copyright law. She has practiced trademark and copyright law in two countries (India and U.S.), and brings an international perspective on various aspects of this practice to the firm. Her experience includes developing and implementing global trademark filing strategies, clearance and prosecution of trademarks, and counseling clients on brand creation and protection. She has also counseled clients on copyright matters, including copyright filings and registrations, and issues related to assignment and licensing.
Prior to joining Inventus Law, Shruti practiced trademark and copyright law with Lott & Fischer (Miami), and Anand and Anand (India).
Shruti is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, and is learning conversational Spanish.
