Naomi works as a Corporate Paralegal. She is responsible for assisting attorneys and clients on various corporate tasks such as formations, corporate governance, stock plan administration, corporate records management, State and SEC filings for the firm and various clients.
Prior to joining Inventus Law, Naomi worked in the areas of Venture Capital Fund Formation at Goodwin Procter LLP and State and Local Tax Law at Reed Smith LLP. Before a career switch to the legal field, Naomi was an economist and investment analyst, where she covered international economic matters and policy as a Staff Economist at the White House Council of Economic Advisers and worked in Tokyo for five years.
Naomi earned an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics, a Bachelors in Political Economy of Industrial Societies from the University of California Berkeley, and a Paralegal Certificate from De Anza College.
In her leisure time, Naomi enjoys traveling, cooking, and is currently learning to play the cello.
