Bryan E. Repetto represents clients in the areas of intellectual property, healthcare, privacy, litigation, and business and intellectual property transactions.

Prior to beginning his legal practice, and during law school, Bryan worked with a major patent holding company where he participated in the licensing and monetization of high value patent portfolios.

In addition to his experience as outside counsel, Bryan has served as General Counsel at a Palo Alto based software company offering specialized services for health plans, healthcare professionals and patients. In his capacity as General Counsel, Bryan oversaw all activities relating to development of an intellectual property portfolio, and also managed and negotiated the company’s day-to-day business transactions.Bryan earned his J.D. from Indiana University McKinney School of Law; a Master of Intellectual Property, Commerce, and Technology from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, a Master of Health Services Administration from St. Joseph’s College of Maine; and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Bryan is licensed to practice law in California, Washington, and Colorado.  Bryan is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Additionally, Bryan is certified as a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) and a Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
