Carrie Cuadra is a Paralegal in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. She began her legal career in 2012 in the areas of labor & employment law and general litigation, eventually transitioning to focus on corporation and transactional law.
Carrie holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan University and will graduate from the Valar Institute at Quantic School of Business and Technology with her Executive Masters of Business Administration in January 2024.
Additionally, she has international contracts experience through her work for the U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC). Mostly recently, she held the role of Senior Paralegal at Heartland Dental handling mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, entity formation & management and closing document negotiations for the Affiliations department.
Never one to stop learning, Carrie is an avid reader of all genres and enjoys monthly virtual meetings with her local book club. She is also a dedicated pet parent to two dogs and two cats who all love to watch movies together. Carrie is fluent in both English and Spanish with additional intermediate level proficiency in French.
