Daniel Pohoretsky is a member of the Corporate Practice Group at Inventus Law. His practice focuses on incorporating companies, venture capital financings, mergers, and acquisitions, preparing and maintaining capitalization tables, stock option plan implementation and administration, securities filings, blue sky research, corporate records management, and other corporate and transactional matters.

Daniel earned his B.S. from The University of Arizona. He received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and his MBA from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. During graduate school, Daniel was a research editor on Santa Clara’s Law Review, served as president of the JD/MBA student group, and placed second at a statewide MBA Venture Capital Investment Competition (VCIC). Daniel previously clerked at a noteworthy corporate law firm,  the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California in the civil litigation department, and represented business owners in disputes with employees as an attorney.
