Radhi Shah is a registered patent attorney in India and a recent graduate from USC Gould School of Law as a Dean’s Award recipient where she completed her LLM in Technology and Entertainment law.

Currently, Radhi works as a legal intern with the intellectual property team at Inventus Law, Palo Alto, California. Drawing on her techno-legal degree and related work experience, Radhi prepares and prosecutes patent applications under Richard’s guidance for technologies directed to biotechnology and computer technology. Within these technology areas, Radhi has helped secure patent prosecution in the United States and foreign jurisdictions, considering issues to patentability, responding to office actions, and managing portfolio docketing.
She likes to get “under the hood” to gain a deep understanding of her clients’ inventions, allowing her to develop comprehensive patent strategies.

Outside the office, Radhi is a swimmer, a passion that fuelled competitive swimming. She is an avid reader and enjoys experimenting with her chemistry skills in the kitchen
