Shreya Bhatnagar has over 6 years of diverse experience in Corporate and Criminal Defense Strategy, Commercial & Civil Litigation, International Arbitration and Policy. She has provided legal assistance in International projects for Inter Country Trade, Energy and Infrastructure. She was the Principal Associate at a High-Profile Chamber, wherein she appeared regularly before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and Tribunals, including the National Green Tribunal and National Company Tribunal. She also assisted the Hon’ble Supreme Court as Amicus Curiae in Criminal cases. She was involved in other notable cases dealing with Prevention of crimes against Women and Children, Female Foeticide/Infanticide, Compensation to victims of acid attacks, Exploitation of Children in Orphanages and Government schools, Prison reforms and landmark Environmental matters.
She was heading Legal Support for an International Company in the WASH SDG (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Sustainable Development Goals) space, wherein she was in charge of corporate legal and regulatory practices and procedures. She further collaborated with National and International Development Agencies, Inter-Governmental Institutions, and Policy makers to supplement the organizations’ efforts in driving behavioral change towards best water practices in India & Africa. She passed out from The Lawrence School, Lovedale and holds a B.A.LLB. degree from Army Institute of Law. She further holds a diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from Indian Law Institute, Delhi. She is licensed to practice in India and is a registered member of the Bar Council of India. At Inventus, Shreya handles the firm’s practice and portfolio in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
