Tanushree is a Corporate Lawyer and a qualified Company Secretary having over 9 years of professional experience in corporate legal advisory, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and advising domestic as well as multinational clients on various laws. She has advised several clients on deals involving acquisitions, foreign investment, PE/VC, joint ventures & strategic alliances by providing end-to-end support and has handled various due diligence assignments.
Prior to joining Inventus, she was associated with a couple of leading law firms in New Delhi. Tanushree graduated with a B.B.A., L.L.B. degree in 2014. She also holds diplomas in corporate law, cyber law, intellectual property law, taxation law, and corporate mergers and acquisitions. She is presently enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
In her leisure time, she likes reading books, traveling, and trying her hands on different forms of art.
She is fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali.
