Emily is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate Department. Emily has broad experience in the representation of emerging growth companies and venture capital firms. Her practice focuses on general corporate counseling spanning the corporate life-cycle, including formation, venture and growth financings, securities law compliance, exit strategies, and corporate governance matters.
Before joining Inventus Law, Emily was a Senior Attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP, in private practice, and an associate at Hanson Bridgett LLP. Emily holds a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a B.A., Law and Society, from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Emily is admitted to practice in California.
In her free time, Emily enjoys teaching yoga, going on urban hikes, and hanging out with her family and friends.
