Bahareh Mehrizi is a senior member of the Corporate team at Inventus Law, with five years of experience in corporate and transactional matters. Her work focuses on emerging companies and startups throughout their lifecycle, including company formation, venture capital financings, corporate governance, equity compensation and stock plan matters, securities filings, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
Bahareh works closely with founders, executives and investors on a broad range of corporate matters, supporting companies from formation and early-stage financings through growth-stage transactions and acquisitions.
Bahareh received her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and her B.S. in Biology from California State University, East Bay. She is fluent in English and Farsi. Outside of work, Bahareh enjoys fashion, traveling, and giving back to her community.
