Utsav is a seasoned corporate lawyer with extensive experience in general corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions. He advises institutional investors, growth-stage companies, and emerging start-ups across the investment lifecycle – from early and late-stage fund-raises and strategic investments to exits, secondary transactions, acquisitions and corporate restructurings.
He brings a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to navigating complex commercial arrangements, shareholder and founder matters and cross-border structuring. His sectoral experience spans sectors including SaaS, fintech, artificial intelligence, consumer internet, healthcare, e-commerce and financial services.
Utsav holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the Institute of Law, Nirma University.
Outside of work, he enjoys reading, travelling and unwinding over a good board game.
