Bahareh Mehrizi works as a Law Clerk for the Corporate team at Inventus Law. Bahareh assists attorneys in incorporating companies, venture capital financings, stock option plan implementation and administration, securities filings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate and transactional matters.
Prior to joining Inventus Law, Bahareh interned at an upstream oil and gas technology company where she assisted the general counsel in various company and intercompany contracts in intellectual property, licensing agreements, operating agreements, joinder agreements, and service agreements.
Bahareh received a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and a B.S. in Biology from California State University East Bay. In her free time, Bahareh enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and friends, and giving back to her community. She is also fluent in English and Farsi.
