Chirayu works as a Law Clerk in the Corporate team at Inventus Law, California office. He is an Indian qualified lawyer, pursuing LL.M. in US Law specializing in Intellectual Property from Santa Clara University School of Law. At Inventus, he advises start-ups and emerging growth companies on seed and venture capital financings, growth, and private equity, public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, and underwritings. He is passionate about technology as a whole and loves deep-diving into the ins and outs of clients’ products and services.
Prior to joining Inventus, Chirayu has worked with law firms and cross functional departments in-house which have helped him provide legal counseling in a wide range
of legal areas such as intellectual property, digital media, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Chirayu is an avid follower of soccer and a passionate Manchester United fan. He loves meeting new people and discussing exciting new ideas and prospects, particularly in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, metaverse, and web3. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
