Clients: This notice applies to all former, present, and prospective clients of Inventus. Inventus vendors and business partners: We may receive PII such as contact details and payment information from our vendors and business partners as well as from their employees during the course of a vendor or partner relationship.

Event: We frequently host events wherein we may collect your PII as part of the registration process for an event sponsored by our firm. Such PII may include your name, address, title, company, phone number, and email address, as well as specific information relevant to the event for which you are registering.

Publications/Newsletters and Networking Events: We offer our clients regular updates on different legal topics via our publications/newsletters and networking events as part of our value-added services. If you sign up to receive our client alerts and publications focusing on key legal updates, industry trends, landmark judgments, and our invitations to informational programs and networking events, we will collect your PII such as name, company, email address, and the practice areas and industries that you are interested in.

Communications: If you choose to contact us for any purpose, we will collect your contact details, your name, and the content, date, and time of your message, as well as our reply and any follow-up action we take in relation to your inquiry.
