Abhilipsa Panda works for the Commercial team at Inventus Law, in California. She is extremely passionate about privacy issues and looks forward to helping start-ups prioritize protecting their customer data. At Inventus she assists clients on the application of international and U.S. consumer privacy rules into their operations, drafts terms of use, privacy policies, commercial and intellectual property contracts and advises clients on trademark and privacy filings.
Prior to joining Inventus Law, Abhilipsa interned at various intellectual property, litigation, and privacy law firms, where she assisted the legal counsels with patent applications, PTAB trials, trademark filings, and GDPR research.
She graduated with a B.B.A LLB (Hons.) degree from NMIMS, School of Law, Mumbai in July 2018, and with an LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from Santa Clara University, School of Law, California in May 2020. In her free time, she loves to read, hike, watch Formula 1 races and take care of kittens at shelters. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Odia, and Bengali
