Shalini Singh is an Associate at ILTP with expertise in general corporate advisory, venture capital and private equity transactions, startup advisory, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
She holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, and an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Law and Policy from O.P. Jindal Global University. Prior to pursuing her LL.M., Shalini worked as a Legal Advisor at a legal technology startup, where she advised MSMEs and entrepreneurs on legal and regulatory matters across their business lifecycle. She has also interned under High Court advocates and with in-house legal teams, gaining exposure to a broad range of legal practice areas.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and collaborative, Shalini brings a positive and client-focused approach to her work. Outside of office, she is passionate about fitness, enjoys exploring new activities, and finds joy in learning and experimenting with new recipes.
