Arvind is a member of the corporate transactions practice group, where he offers his expertise in advising clients on various matters spanning different sectors.
His extensive experience encompasses providing general corporate advisory, drafting and negotiating a wide range of documentation in relation to investment deals, private equity, venture capital and mergers and acquisitions, including domestic and foreign investments.
Among his clientele are leading FMCG companies, e-commerce enterprises, investors, funds, and TMT entities, with a focus on private equity transactions, commercial contracts, corporate advisory services, and other related legal matters.
Outside of work, Arvind enjoys basketball and cycling.
