Linnea Vail works for the commercial team at Inventus Law and is based in California. She is licensed to practice law in California, the District of Columbia, and Illinois. Her focus is on commercial transactions, intellectual property, and privacy.
Prior to joining Inventus Law, Linnea worked both in-house and with law firms providing support with intellectual property clients, while also supporting all aspects of litigation. She also worked for Fortune 100 companies in brand protection, ensuring their intellectual property was protected against online counterfeiting.
Linnea earned her law degree from Santa Clara University, where she received a High Technology Law Certificate with a Corporate Specialization. While in law school, Linnea competed in the ABA Negotiation Competition and Trial Team and served as the Co-Managing Editor to the Journal of International Law. In her free time, Linnea enjoys video games, baking, running, and spending time with her husband and cat.
