Tim is a Law Clerk (pending California bar admission) who supports the Corporate and Commercial branches of Inventus Law. Tim graduated from San Jose State University in 2016 with a B.S. in Justice Studies and minors in Political Science and Health Professions. He then obtained his J.D. and Business Law Certificate from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
Tim has experience in various facets of law including litigation, judicial, and commercial work. Prior to joining Inventus Law, Tim worked as a Litigation Assistant at Hopkins & Carley Law Corporation where he supported attorneys on cases involving employment matters, contract disputes, corporate governance, intellectual property rights, wills & trusts, and construction defects. Tim has also worked as a Judicial Clerk at the Santa Clara County Superior Court where he conducted legal research and drafted impartial opinion memos for the civil trials department. As a legal associate at Inventus Law, Tim has been charged with researching contemporary legal issues, laws, regulations, and disputes facing the firm’s clients as well as drafting and revising a variety of commercial contracts and policy agreements.
