Job Description
Senior Commercial Attorney (San Francisco, CA): Providing advice to the clients on intellectual property matters, privacy and data protection laws in the U.S. and India and drafting their governing documents and key commercial contracts with third parties, in compliance with the laws of both, U.S. and India. Advising clients based in the U.S and India on the application of international and US consumer privacy rules to their operations. Drafting Privacy Policies and Terms of Use for our clients in the U.S., and India, and elsewhere in the world. Drafting Intellectual Property and Commercial Contracts including SAAS Agreements, IP Licensing Agreements, End-User Licensing Agreements, MSAs, SOWs, Service Order Forms, and Channel Partnership Agreements for US and Indian clients.
Requirements
Requires Juris Doctorate in Law, completion of an internship or Research Assistantship in the field of Commercial Law or Data Protection and Privacy Law and any related fields. Must be licensed to practice law by the State of California Bar.
